Eliminate wrinkles by contorting your face into as many odd positions in front of the mirror every morning as you can. Watch your cheekbones get higher and those chins diminish.

Smile widely, purse your lips tightly, push your bottom lip up to your nose, wrap your top lip over your bottom lip, growl like a lion and mover your jaw up and down and then repeat the vowels (A, E, I, O, U) as if you were explaining them to a friend through toughened glass a few feet away.

To prevent temporarily creasing your face, make a special effort to sleep on your back.

Rub an eye cream on the outer eye lines. then open your eyes wide, press the heels of your hands against the areas and hold for a minute: repeat daily.

Make a short-term anti-wrinkle mask: apply a beaten egg white to your face for 10 minutes, then rinse off. Your face will look smoother for a few hours afterward.
